First off using drugs does not make you a "druggie" - just like drinking doesn't make you a "drunk" or alcoholic. (I know alcohol is a drug but I'm differentiating to make a point)

As far as it being a sin, so is premarital sex but I don't see you caring much about that. I know it's Xtian tradition to pick and choose sins that suite them.

Okay, I should clarify. Abusing drugs or alcohol is what is a sin, because it can harm your body, and cause u to do silly things.

Um, I do care about premarital sex, so you are wrong on that note. Most people who have listened to my posts on this board know that I have concerns about that. For awhile I was against anything beyond kissing.

I have changed my stance on that issue somewhat, and now I think that depending on the situation it could be acceptable to do anything outside of intercourse.
I feel that this view isnt countered at all biblically.


Unfortunately I will agree though, it is sad that a lot of Christians chose to avoid some sins but not the ones that suit them. I know that I do this at times, but you should know that I am not a supporter of premarital sex.

If I make a comment like "getting action would be fun" or :"she'd be fun to bang" dont take me so seriously. Im just trying to speak in language that you guys understand.
Plus for me "action" could even mean something like kissing, not necessarily sex. so there.

I'm really impartial to how religious you are, it doesn't matter to me at all, but let your conscious guide you, not what you believe the right Christian 'way' is. IMO it can be a big part of your life if you want it to be, but don't let it be your life.

It makes you accustomed to meeting girls on the internet first and distances you from normal interaction. Maybe that's why your still reserved around girls in social settings.... a place where you can't send them an email asking for their number.
