Yea I told everyone at work that I'm just using it for personal stuff and went ahead and de-friended all of them. I don't want co-workers to see everything, I've got some crazy ass friends

Yeah I don't want co workers on mine. Unfriend them immediately.
Better yet, then block them by name from finding you in a search. That way they will believe you when you say you deactivated your account.
Unless they use someone elses account. But that's weird.
