f^@&ing back and shoulder

guess i aggrivated my (already fucked up for life) back today doing seated ohp. barely hit all my sets too. my partner said today was the first time in 3 months he's seen me struggle with seated ohp, and i was only 5lbs heavier than last week.

then decided that since i pyramid sets of shoulder shrugs and do the last set with 90lb dbs, i'd just use a barbell instead and start off with 185lbs. tweaked something in the area of my right trap. tweaked the same thing pretty bad 7 months ago when i started lifting (on the 4th day, no less) and ended up in the ER the next day cause the doc's office was closed.

just fucking aggrivating. :mad:

i'm done, go back about your lives.

i should be ok for arms tomorrow and then legs friday. as long as it doesn't hurt to lift, i'll keep doing it. feeling a bit better today, but still kinda stiff and sore.
 
in the front actually. and i do everything i can to NOT push with my legs, as i noticed a while ago that my legs would become straight while pushing on the foot brace bar. keep the back straight and planted into the backrest.

Chaos, where are you? i'm ready for my next "set"
