Anyone ever heard of Ezekiel 4:9 bread made by Food for Life. Its and organic flourless sprouted grain bread. It tastes great and good carb source. But its also expensive. Didn't know if anyone knew of any good sites to order it online and maybe save some cash.

Nope. I just buy it locally -- it is expensive but it is worth it.

thanks guys..ill just suck up the cost. It is worth the money just always looking for a cheaper route.

it's good, but I tend to like my bread a little larger for sandwhichs......just make sure ingrediets are 100% stone ground wheat, 3g of fiber, and no hfs......ezekiel is good, but not a miracle.....many breads are really good........if you are bulking, f-it....its all game!

well Im cutting, so im being careful and the big difference i found between Ezekiel and all others is that it contains no flour. Thats a big difference.

Yeah, I use it dieting all the time. Plus more complete protein.

Bro I think you are missing the point. Its not so much that it is organic, its the fact that it is Flourless..no flour. Food for life, the company that makes Ezekiel, is the only one i have found that makes flourless products. I can find plenty of organic bread or almost organic anything at the grocery store. I am cutting and I put on bodyfat very easily so cutting out the flour is important for me, but thats just me and what works.

their cereal is flat out awful. I would rather eat the box than what was inside of it

:D Glad you mention this...I was going to try some of their cereal, been eyeing it for a long time, but never have yet bought any. Now I don't think I will. ;)
