New member
started my cycle monday
1-15 test E
1-15 EQ cyp 800mg
1-4 tbol 50mg ED
6-12 Tren 100mg eod
8-12 Mast 100mg eod

this is my biggest cycle and from day 1 i gave 100 percent, tuesday i did the hardest bi/tri workout ever, i didnt leave the gym til i could not move them, bad news is 2 days later they r so soar i can't bend my arm completly straight because it feels like my bicep is gonna tear because of extreme soarness and also i cannot doing a curling motion because it also hurts.
this isnt a normal soarness from a workout, ive never experienced this. did i tear a tendon or something?

Sounds like you overworked your arms...you don't need to stay at the gym until you can't move, especially for bis/tris...hours aren't needed. When you say you have pain, does it feel like it is deep in the crease of the elbow?

I've been that sore before, you walk around with your arms bent 90 degrees in front of you because it hurts to let them hang. It will last a few days, try slow stretching.

But isn't this your first cycle? I joined in June and you were debating using tren for your first? Then how is this your biggest cycle? Are you already on cycle #2?

Don't think you tore anything either. There is a muscle in there called the pronator blah (sorry, can't think of the second part of it!). You just overworked it. I would just skip doing bi's for a week...you'll work them out enough on back days anyway.

bis and tris are such a small muscle group...i think the only heavy lift days should be legs, back chest thats it...thats what makes me grow

I agree...if you stick to the compound movements...deads, squats, bench, rows, you're bis and tris are going to grow.
