Extreme dieting?

Currently Im sedentary due to nasal surgery.
If I keep protein in 3 meals rather than 6, no carbs, efas in each one, do you think i will lose muscle?
I havent been chancing it, I eat 6 meals and have lost 10lbs. Yet im in a bet and I need to lose my target weight now, and i really hope all my muscle will be spared.
Give me your logical thoughts.

No cardio, no ecas
 
Not sure if you want to stay natural or not.... I had some gum surgery and could only suck protein drinks and juiced vegies thru a straw for 2 weeks -- throw in some low dose anavar to preserve muscle & promote healing. I just took 1 (2.5 mg) BTG / day.
 
Without the stimulus of weight training stimulus, let alone dietary insufficency, you will loose muscle. Even if yu were eating maintnance calories without the stimulus of regular weight training the muscles will atrophy. Add to the a lack of dietary resources and the process will be accelerated.
