I go to a GOLDs in my area and get my post workout protien in a shake they make for me. I have asked several different ladies that make it how much protien is in thier whey and thier power protiens and I get different answers.

Does anyone know how much one of thier scoop has in it? i went to the wesite and you have to have a log in and password before you can even veiw the site.
