I am currently 16, about 6'4" 156lbs. I was overweight as a child until about 13, when I went on a rigorous diet and lost weight (about 30lbs or so through years 13-15). However, I recently have not been able to lose a little extra skin on my torso (chest, stomach,etc.) I can see my 4 upper abs just fine, but my lower stomach is pretty much covered in 2-3 inches of skin. Problem is, I started running about 2.5 miles a day a week ago, train with weights, and all that stuff. I really can't lose any more weight...since I'm already skinny. I need to know if this will get rid of the excess skin-or if it is permanently there. I heard that as long as you are young, your skin will reform and tighten with time, but how long exactly? If it is possible to lose the extra skin around my stomach and chest, how long will it take based on my workout schedule? I need to know since this is only my first week on my aforementioned schedule, and I don't want to be doing all this for nothing...any help would be appreciated, just want to make all this hard work pay off...thanx guyz...
