extend ketosis by 3 days

i started CKD on a friday a couple of weeks ago
my girlfriend, has just started hers on a monday sunday being
carb up day, dose anyone see a problem with extending ketosis for 3 days, aside from feeling like shit and being real run down
is there much i should worry about it would be a total of about 10 days in ketosis? any advice mr X
 
Personally I alternate between a 8 day low carb cycle and a 6 day low carb cycle. I do this because 2 weekends out of a month I work a 3 day weekend night shift and it is hard for me to carb up on these days. I also feel the same result that you do...run down and like shit!! When this happens and my workouts start to suffer I take ephedrine before my workouts. First off basically because I am tired from working all night with little sleep and 2nd from the extended ketosis cycle.

My guess is you are planning on doing this so you and your girlfriend are on the same cycle...I really don't think that this will effect you much if it is a one time thing!!

I've noticed that for women, it's genarally better to stay in Ketosis longer, so the answer is : yes, extending your Ketonic period by 3 days is perfectly fine. Just remember to not overdo it and go into a very catabolic state.
