its like any other medicine...just because a bottle of advil is expired they will still work....about a yr ago i got pink eye and i found some old medicated eye drops i got from the doctor when i had pink high in elementry school....they were like 10 yrs expired....and they still worked

unless they have been exposed to serious heat, left in storage facility or in trunk of car for long periods you should be fine. I have had numerous educated people tell me this info. Use it up.

20 Years? What? That's not accurate at all. With oil's you lose potency after the exp-date. Longer you wait, less efficacy. That's it.
