expired ba water

i bought 10 30ml bottles and they arrived today but expired jan 2004. is this ba water useless.

I don't think its useless. I think the only reason for the expiration date on the water is to make the FDA happy (assuming its american). I don't see any reason water will expire unless the seal was broken or something else could have contaminated it. I mean...sterile water is sterile water...right???
