expiration help

i just got a killer deal on some deca (norma) was almost gave to me ,but the reason being and maybe the problem was the expiration date has expired. im assuming like other meds it just dont turn to s**t on that date. so hoping its been kept in a cool dry place how long have i got before it starts to lose its ump? By the way this is my first post i musta read a 1000 threads seems like a great forum !

IF it has expired within a year then I would have no probs taking it.

There is another thread where basically the same q is asked and a long debate goes on, I think that it is somewhere on the first page today...
