What are the effects of GH Therapy + Keto Diet...I read that GH causes Diabetes...etc..etc...I took ALA last night 5th day in Ketosis and also the GH...I pased out several times...was dizzy as hell...What is going on? Maybe I should not take ALA?

Drop the GH or eat more complex carbs; such as whole grains. GH can cause insulin resistence. The ALA isn't helping much, either, but will help heal insulin resistence in the long run. Whatever you do, do NOT increase simple carbs. This will, in time, make it worse.

Also, I'd go see a doc. You may be experiencing adult onset diabetes, or you may have something else going on you need to get the jump on. Not trying to scare you, but it wouldn't hurt to know exactly what's going on.

Keep us posted and god bless.

I just started this whole KETO thing last week...Has anyone else used GH and Keto...? Maybe i am just run down...but I think in reality I Overdose on the ala...

Light-headedness and passing out from low-blood sugar is a big deal. Whatever you do, don't stop the keto. It may get worse before it gets better, but a keto diet will help heal your insulin resistence. The ALA is reducing the glucose available for brain functioning, but you shouldn't be unconscience after taking it.

Assuming, of course, it isn't a tumor.
