hello, a couple years ago i worked out heavy, hard, and regularly and ate like a horse, did minimal cardio vascular.
i had stopped working out and been partying and stuff for a while now and i am out of shape and need to lose 30lbs. i am doing everything i did before but maybe i did something to my metabolism or maybe i am impatient. i am pre dispositioned to be chubby and hold higher bf percentages. i just know that the heavy weight training and constant consumption of food worked before....any insights??
 
are you on any gear??? if not, cut back on the calories, lower the weghts and do more reps, and cardio, cardio, cardio.
 
calorie deficit = weight loss

protein surplus + calorie deficit = more fat loss, less lbm loss

anticatabolic + calorie deficit + protein surplus = fat loss

after 2 months of a proper training program & diet add a fat burner in there.
 
patience is a virtue, my friend. IG is right... hit it hard (cardio, weight, etc.) for 2-3 months and you'll be more than on you way to loosing your bf%. eat clean, keep at it, stay focused and dont get discouraged.... it'll happen.. trust me. go grab some xenedrine or something to help you metabolism to go through the roof and keep you sweating in the gym. good luck, bro.... let me know how it goes. :)
 
ok, thanks guys....but what is a good fat burner??? xenadrine is just stimulants like caffiene and effedrine.
i dont like that stuff, just adrenaline, doesnt really boast the meabolism. whats a good one then????
