Will insulin lose its anabolic effectiveness if Im not shooting it immediately after training, say shooting after 30 minutes of cardio. I know that ideally you want to shoot right after your last set, but im limited to postworkout cardio and can only shoot right after that...how much will this hinder gains, if at all?

You should be fine taking it after cardio. Just make sure your post shot nutrition is on point. High Protein, enough carbs, little to no fat.

The idea of taking slin after training is to get carbs/protein to the muscle, asap, also high insulin levels, lower cortisol, which is very high post training, so I dont think you are going to be doing the best for yourself by shooting after cardio.

As long as he is still working out in some fashion I don't think it is going to make that big of a difference. Would it be a better idea to do cardio first or early in the morning or something like that yes but if this is what he has to work then why not give it a try?

I would love to seperate cardio and training sessions but due to my schedule its not possible, any insulin experts out there?? Thanks for your replies boys!!

Yes it will make a difference, as you want the carbs/protein to be pushed into your recently worked muscles, e.g you just did chest, now you run for 30 minutes, your legs are going to be depleted too, so you will not get max effect from the slin.

If you are experenced enough to try it, then you have nothing to lose, but IMO it will not be optimal.

I don't think that 30 minutes of cardio will make your recently worked bodypart any less receptive to slin. Will it be optimal in terms of anabolism as compared to immediately after weight training? It's tough to say, your body is still very receptive to nutrients 30 minutes after resistance training. You're probably doing more damage worrying about it, when in real world practice the difference in results are probably negligible. Optimal? Maybe not. Still effective? Yes
