I started working out a year ago. I was 6'2" 162lbs. That was after 6 months of training for a marathon. I stopped running last July and am now 185lbs. 5.9% bf. I am 6'2"
I bench 135 15 times, have put up 185 once.
Without hard to obtain drugs, what would some of you more experienced builders suggest.
My goals are to weigh 200-210lbs and be able to rep 225 a decent number of times.
I workout 3-5 days per week. Always do chest one day at week at least, also do bi's and tri's consistently. Don't do much legs. (yet).
I am trying to eat as much as possible, especially protein, but never seem to get enough.
Also, I am a newbie.. what is winny? test? clomiz? all this other stuff I am reading about.. cycles..gear.. etc.. I assume this is not stuff you buy at GNC.
Should I take creatine? Glutamine? Anything else? I am 25 yrs old
