Experience with AAS & Heavy Cardio???

Endurance sport: Allmost impossible to build body weight with 15 to 20 hrs a week with intense cardio output. Matter of fact body weight is a hindurace in hauling my ass around the roads. Still need muscle for strength and speed.
Have done a Test ENT 500 mg & Nandrolone Deconate 400 mg per week stack for 12 weeks and gained nothing. Did stay lean and hard with no body fat. Water retention was little. Strenght was good. Test could be a problem for me because of my age (senior athelete) prostrate problems.
Am planning a D-bol 25 mg per day / EQ 200 mg per week stack.
Will run the d-bol 4 to 6 wks, EQ 10 wks. Have ancilleries for post cylce recovery. Any input or suggestions from those of you with knowledge?
 
bro i dunno what to tell you...you need calories to gain muscle, plain and simple. cardio = calorie deficit. With that much cardio, the calorie deficit is incredible. You have to figure out a way where calorie intake is greater than what your burning, and with your lifestyle, that's going to be tough. And its obvious that its going to be a problem if you did Test enanthate 500mg/week and Deca 400mg/week and gained nothing!
I dont think im knowledgable enough to help with a diet for you, since this is quite a unique situation. Consult Mr. X. As far as AAS, dbol is not a good idea, you will blow up on it real quick and all that bloat and size gain will make you slugghish. Along with the eq, i think anavar is a great idea for strength gains without putting on too much mass. Good luck and PM me if you have any further questions.
 
AAS: tren...

drink a protein shake before and after exericse with fructose and dextrose powder in it.

during exercise drink gatorade and/or fruit juice
