Having taken your advice, and increased the weight every workout. I think 405 is about all I can take for now. I've done it two lower body workouts in a row, and it is definately enough for me. My hams are still burning and I worked out at 5:30 am. For those who still think that 405 is lame for someone who does what I do on other lifts (ie I was told the 365 I had just tried was way to light in another thread), well you can go heavier if you want. 405 is pretty damn heavy for me, and it seems to be getting the job done. Anyway, thanks for the advice Exodus, I'm seeing a noticable change in the size of my hams now. Noticed it after finishing my sl deads in the mirror this morning.
