exhausted while working out

lately since i started my cycle ive been feeling very tired while lifting. unmotivated and weak. i have not been over training (lift each muscle group 1x per week and lift 5 days per week). never had this problem before off a cycle or on. im on-

25mg dbol ed
75mg prop eod
400mg deca /week
400mg eq /week
.5mg armidex ed

anyone know how to stop this tiredness?
 
I've been feeling this way lately too. I think it's because I cut out cardio completely for a bulking cycle. Try doing 20 minutes, 3 days a week.

mainly using eq as a appetite stimulant. also heard they stack well together and contrary to popular belief they arnt all that similar

Dbol wore me out too. I had to take a nap for an hour after I got home from work before I went to the gym. What week of your cycle are you in?
 
Yes, it very well could be the d-bol. Try changing the way u take it maybe all at once or spaced out.

Cardio. If you aren't adding some at least a few times a week that could be the problem.

Try getting on a treadmill and see how long you can run before getting winded. If you're gasping for breath after 2 or 3 minutes you're probably lacking stamina.

Extra cardio conditioning will make a huge difference when weight training. It also gives you a better overall feeling when done regularly.

I'm not saying you should start running 5 miles everyday, but try adding 20 minute sessions at least 3 times a week. If you don't want to run, set the treadmill at the highest incline and walk at a quick pace. Or get on a bike or stairmaster. Just add some type of cardio if you aren't doing any.
