coulding find a training health specific area so i thought id post it here, where its impossible to be off topic




does exersising an dyour matabolism increase cause you to create more waste? and does fat being burned turn into a waste product, or just disappear completely?

i ask because since i started exersising heavily in wrestling, ive been having to go crap extra....



-and when do i notice fat decreasion? its been about 5 days

First try to spell and formulate your thoughts more coherently.

Two,

You do not create more wate to be shit out, you convert the fat into heat energy which in turn fuels your body. You do not lose fat stores they just just shrink down to almost nothing.

Then when you go off diet and training the fat stores fill up again.

The only way you crap more is if you eat more!
