Ok, here's one for you - where do Good Mornings get their name from?

Because when I wake up in the morning, I start lying down and then I bend at my hips and sit up (ok, not really, I usually just roll out onto the floor, but let's pretend).

But with Good Mornings, you start bent at the hips and try to straighten your body - the exact opposite.

I vote we rename them Good Nights
