I've posted this same question over at massmonterz as well, I just wanted to see your input also.

I began getting puffynips about 2 weeks ago. I started nolva at 80mg the day after I noticed. I ran the nolva at 20 mg for four days then bumped it to 40mg per day after that. The puffyness in my nips hasn't subsided too much. I may also have a little cartilage under my left nip, it is very small and tough to notice but it is there.

My question, Will the addition of exemestane along with the nolva help clear this up? Should I also use clomid?

adding an AI will make little difference. Using nolva at ~80mg/day should effectively blunt any estrogenic activity at the mammary anyway.....even in the presence of very high systemic estrogen levels

The only way to clear up the hardened tissue in your left nip is to get it cute out.I curently have the same problem and im going to get it cute out this year sometime.The nolva should stop it from geting worse.
