This board has done more for my body building life in the course of two weeks then ANYTHING has done in two years.
I came into college a video game addicted freshman at 279 lbs. Only muscle i had was from the cheeto press and soda curl. I woke up and realized fat sucks and got my fat ass into the free gym. Pushed myself and got down to 230 in about a year. Then introduced myself to the world of ephedra, and fluctuated between 217 and 222. Im holding strong right now at 219 and hitting it hard. Im 5'11 and about 11% bf as of right now.
I just started T-rex and YES from the folks and ANAFIT and that stuff is hardcore. I tossed up 300 in reps of 15, 12, 10, 10 and my normal numbers are 300 at 10 at best and dropping to eight or six. The focus was INCREDIBLE and the feeling from the YES felt kinda cool. Ive havent felt a sup like this since i was taking high dose liquid clenbutrex (which didnt feel this good).
Long and short of this rant, im a lucky beotch to live near the guys at ANAFIT, me and my GF are gonna make them our new GNC. Im gonna put my frat up on this shit too...if you havent tried their stuff....GET SOME!
