I was wondering what kind of mass I would realistically put on with my first cycle, then how much of that would be LBM and how much of it would be just fat from the food intake increase?
What is a good solid number as far as total LBM being kept when all is said and done?
Also should I change my workout from a "toning" (4/5 sets of 8-10, hitting alot of muscles and using cables w/ free weights) workout to a mass gaining workout (4/5 sets of 3-5, focusing on the core lifts)? What do ya'll have the best results with?
Cycle:
Test E- 500mg/wk, 250mg/M, Th
A-dex- .5mg/ed

Clomid 50mg/ed
Nolva on hand just in case I start to grow tits......
