Excited About my first cycle

I was wondering what kind of mass I would realistically put on with my first cycle, then how much of that would be LBM and how much of it would be just fat from the food intake increase?

What is a good solid number as far as total LBM being kept when all is said and done?

Also should I change my workout from a "toning" (4/5 sets of 8-10, hitting alot of muscles and using cables w/ free weights) workout to a mass gaining workout (4/5 sets of 3-5, focusing on the core lifts)? What do ya'll have the best results with?

Cycle:

Test E- 500mg/wk, 250mg/M, Th

A-dex- .5mg/ed

PCT

Clomid 50mg/ed

Nolva on hand just in case I start to grow tits......

Stats
5'9"
206 lbs. (thanks to Ephedrine, good shit)
15% bf

I want to gain strength and size while still looking defined.
 
lift heavy to get big ( always with intensity).

that cycle you should see nice mass gains with little bloat. Not sure about how much of the gains will be LBM ( not alot I am sure )

Diet is key for staying so called "toned"

Yeah my diet is in check right now I'm running 1580 cals a day with 230g protein and I'm thinking about doubling that when I start my gear.

The cycle will be 12 weeks by the way.
 
1580 cals is nothing. i dont know how you have enough energy to type right now. it seems like you want a clean mass cycle. id take in 3700-4500 clean cals. i would go buy a scale and some measuring cups and sign up for fitday.com to track your calories. on your first cycle, you can expect to gain 15-30 lbs total. what you keep and how much of it is lbm is up to you. good luck and welcome.
 
These guys are pointing you in the right direction.

Youre cycle looks good. Your stats look good. You definitely need to up your caloric intake to around 3500-4000cals a day if you really want to put on size.

IF you do this, and this is your first cycle.... boy boy boy, youre gonna be very happy with the results.

Everyone is different, so thats why I wont say you will put on X pounds and X will be LBM. However let me tell you this... you will not be dissappointed as long as you EAT, SLEEP, and TRAIN BIG... period.

I know a lot of vets say test only first cycle. But I wish I added a little more like some d-bol or something.

Some people get off on test really well - if your one of them then no problem. I do ok on just test, but I react a lot better when it is stacked with other things.
