excessive muscle tightness?

I have no idea why, but for the last 3 morning and even into the night i have woken up with the tightest hamstrings and hip flexors in the world....normally, i'm decently flexible, but these days i can barely bend over and reach my knees with my legs straight without severe stretching pain. whats up with this?
 
Do you drink enough fluids cause that can cause cramping of leg muscles. Potassium and Calcium supplements may help also. When the body is low of these you can get Charlie horse.
 
I really don't think its that, cuz theres no cramping involved....just serious tightness....not even sore unless i stretch or move

Streching stimulates circulation and alleviates the stiffness of tight muscles, prevents injury ,improves performance, maintains motion range in the joints, and helps improve flexability. The side to side stretch can relieve is good for elongating the back ,legs ,and feet and the areas that are prone to cramping. Just thought I'd throw that in.
