Excess of estrogen

I'm wondering if somone have an excess of estrogen aftrer a cycle or causing by too much clomid,will it go back to baseline naturally? or must take anti-estrogen medicine like nolvadex?

Nolvadex also increases estrogen.

how come nolvadex increas while it says anti-estrogen, and how i can get it to baseline? by leaving the body to revocer naturally or a medcine i should be taken?
