Yo guys....just some queries for the experts?
I just bought a multi-vitamin pack and right now I am beginning to regret the purchase.
For example the RDI for Vitamin A intake is about 5000 IU...and many websites stated that excess vitamin A poses some form of threat to the well-being....
Basically the multi-vit I bought provides a stagerring 15,000IU of vit A (beta-carotene) and 5,000 IU of vit A ( Acetate)...seems pretty overwhelming to me...and if what most website and RDA states...it seems really over excessive...
Yeah I know us bodybuilders probably need more than the average adults, BUT ain't that really too much?
