Excercises for belly fat/love handles

Well i'm experiencing not much reduction in my belly fat/ love hanndles during this 3 months of excercises. So can you guys please suggest good excercises for effective results for belly fat?

The best thing that's helped me go from 289 lbs to 255lbs as of this morning is the diet. I thought I could work out and eat what ever as I've done for years. No true at 37 now the body isn't what it used to be. Clean eating and working out helped me. Good luck
 
Well if i go for dieting then what about the workouts? Enough food is needed for muscle growth and recovery. I run 3-5kms daily though. And some rope skipping too.
 
Well bro i'm keeping my diet as much fat free as i can. I usually go for vegetables or fruits with less calories and more nutrition. I'm having 3 glasses of milk per day which is i guess can't be so much fatty. That's it.

Btw what are you guys' suggestion about diet?
 
3 glasses of milk dude? If you wanna get lean cut out the milk. Too much carbs and sugar. Your diet doesn't have to be super low fat. Eat almonds, natural peanut butter,etc... Healthy fats are actually good for you
