I was able to find one link that showed actual pictures of how to do a proper bent over rom. I wonder if there are any you guys might know of that show the proper FULL squat and deadlift stance and excercise completion? I really find that helpful. I am at the end of my first week of the 5X5 and while the first day of full squats blew my spine out across the gym it still felt great these last 2 workouts. I like shocking my body a little and getting that dull after workout ache. Before I get into really pushing the weight up I want to be 100% sure I am doing them correct. I am 5'9" and have a short torso and short arms....I think. My goal here is go get strong, VERY strong if that affects the stance at all. I just need pictures and pretty colors to understand.
