What is it about this stuff that makes it feel like someone has a blowtorch on my skin when I step into the shower? I can handle the burn all day, but as soon as running water hits the skin the pain is amplified like ten times. Everytime I can't help but think I'm going to look down and my skin is going to literally be gone.

Capsaicin 98% This is what brings out the burn. I know it burns more under the water, but not sure why.

or your butt crack.. (easier to do actually, reaching back to get the lower back and bam..)

and not on your inner thighs, 2 of my clients that use this product (women) and they get on the inner thigh and can get a little too close and yes it lasts, the burn that is..

Dawn Dishsoap takes it away, that's all i know that will get it off..

Only thing other than Dawn that I have seen get it off is a "high fat soap".
