OK, im 6' tall @ 185 lb's. Im 20 yrs old, been training for 3 yrs. I've recently started a strict diet (5 meals a day 30:30:40) and very strict training routine with a friend of mine who is a very experienced lifter. I've mananged to obtain about 205 tabs of 5mg Dbol. I've never used roids before, but I have a detailed understanding of their biochemical effects. Can any one out there suggest a cycle using dbol for a first timer who wants to gain around 15 pounds and keep about 10 before christmas, but bear in mind that I dont wanna inject or take any other gear with it.
I was thinking of a 6 week cycle
week1 : 15mg per day
week 2: 20 mg per day
Week 3: 25 mg per day
week 4: 25 mg per day
week 5: 20 mg per day
week 6: 10 mg per day
