New guy here. Just turned 50. Been lifting 20 yrs mostly to stay competitive in slo-pitch softball and rec league basketball. I'm 6'1", 220, don't know my BF%, but wear size 36 waist. Researching for a bulking cycle. Blood tests were good and I'm ready to roll. Only prior exp. was deca last year for about six ignorant weeks. Didn't have a clue. Any ideas for an old dog ?
