There are just SO many places to start. I know I can't eat NEARLY what I could at a much younger age. It's not like I can eat a box of powdered donuts just before a workout and not gain a pound any more. All I have to do now it just walk by those damn things and they attach themselves to my waist like leeches on a leg.

LOL, don't tell me that's what you used to do. I take it your pre workout meal has changed.

If you could go back and correct anything workout related in your past, what would it be, and how would it help now?
