Everybody talks about SwoleCat Diet???

not sure

I assume you're referring to his cutting diet? I'm on it, and I don't know enough about a TKD to tell you, and I won't say too much b/c he'll answer you directly if you email him. The way I describe it to my less-than-nutritionally inclined friends is that it isn't low carb, but it's more about timing of carbs, along with your protein/fats. But talk to him.

BTW, it's working quite well for me.

i remember a while back folks over there were calling it swoleabolics because its pretty much the same priciple of animalbolics, morning cardio, protein and fat before training and protein and carbs post workout i think for a beginner it might be worth the money but if you can read animalbolics and understand the principle of it your wasteing your money on buying someones elses diet the fina board is as bad as the muscle mags now all the do is try to sale you on the diets if you ask a diet question over there evreyone just replys with email swole hell hook you up ya for 150 bucks, im not trying to bash on the guy hes probably a hella of a dude, and he knows his shit but the most can put together just a good a diet in ten minutes, to much free info out there IMO to pay for it.

No disrespect to Swolecat but I also remember someone saying they paid $150.00 for a TKD diet. I would definately save your $$$ and just get Mr.X to help you, he doesn't charge.

I take it you never read the animalbolics diet then? because its protein fat preworkout and protein carbs postworkout he never says to not eat anything all day? i can see how you might get confused reading he dose leave some stuff out under the assumption that the reader has an idea.

If you're training for a show $150 is a drop in the bucket. If you're a weekend warrior read the boards and piece your own together.

that makes it sound like ther is something magical or special about the diets they sale over there, that some how that diets are only for the elite and very advanced trainie, when their not advanced or just starting out the info is already on the boards for free, put together the principles of a sound TKD and animalbolics in to one diet and there you go throw in some ALA with carb meals and presto chango you have a kick ass diet.be very careful of people with big promises of a revolutionary new idea that will change the way you think about diet and training blah blah blah because in the end they are only trying to sale you something. I mean no disrespect, but come one guys lets be a little bit more honest with each other

I think what Dial_tone meant was that if you're dieting for a show, and need to be spot-on with your diet, you NEED someone with experience to plan it out perfectly for you. A weekend warrior with nothing at stake doesn't need to be in peak physical rippedness. It has nothing to do with how advanced their training is.
