Cmon peeps post up. How is everybody doing? I am just on my 3 rd day so I want to hear from some of you that have been going for over a month now. I also have a few meal recipe Im going to post up soon. Good stuff, qick and easy I promise.

So far so good on my workouts. Calves are definatley PUMPED! For reals...

Hey whats up lee. After about week 3-4 I finally began to get the hang of how much weight I could use. I was worn out at first after my WO but his ideas are fucking great.

his blue collar diet makes it much much easier. looking forward to the meals ur gunna post. Just follow the guidelines of the meal plan and we are all golden. if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Just dont ask anyone for a hand job. they always say no. i dont get it.
 
Thanks for the words sugar tatas.. Recipe coming in short order. Im not gonna lie, I have to wait on my other half to tell me how she makes them exactly but its nutritious and delicious I assure you. :Chef:

Anyway, I doing day three tomorrow morning. Ipod is loaded.
 
I am a week or two behind everyone else here but I am very impressed with the progress I am making. I am dropping weight and getting stronger. Stick with the program and you'll see the results you want.

Sugar-Tits, you're going about it all wrong. All you have to do is request the next time someone gives you a hand-job, they use their mouth. I hope this helps. :)
 
I can actually be dragging a$$ all day long but once I do the 25 and 15 reps on the first exercise its like instant energy. Of course that did not start till the end of week 2 but its like an endorphine rush by the time I leave the gym. The over all routine for me gets better every week. Good luck with you progress and welcome to the group.
