Every hit a wall at the gym?

I wake up this morning ready to squat my ass off tonight. By 1pm I feel like I got hit by a brick wall. I made it to the gym, but barely squeezed of some hacks and presses.

I hate low carb/cal diets! I should have carbed up yesterday.
 
There's a lot of dipshits I'd like to hit INTO the wall, does that count?

Yeah, it does. But hell, such a bitch trying to get that balance between calories, carbs, etc and losing fat, but retaining muscle mass etc.
 
I dont work out.

so when i step into a gym its just to ride teh treadmill for a few miles. then i say fuck you to whoever is actually lifting weights.

I have two common sense Army derived solutions.

1. Workout in the morning while you're motivated.

2. Quit whining and do the workout you planned while feeling less than optimal.

Damn...marines are whiney bitches...
 
thought you were talking about breaking one of the mirrors on the wall or something. Everybody has those days sometime. When it happens to me, I realize that is just a day I need to take off....
 
yeah i did do the workout and i'll whine if i want to. hasn't this been moved yet?
