I wake up this morning ready to squat my ass off tonight. By 1pm I feel like I got hit by a brick wall. I made it to the gym, but barely squeezed of some hacks and presses.

thought you were talking about breaking one of the mirrors on the wall or something. Everybody has those days sometime. When it happens to me, I realize that is just a day I need to take off....
