Ever work for someone who has no clue how to run a business?

It's really annoying when a person who owns a business is constantly making stupid scheduling errors and dumb things to try to promote and expand things.

How many times should I tell someone the hours I am available before they stop asking me to work outside of those hours? Every week I get a request from the owner of the business to fill in for him with clients (as a PT) when I have told him for six months I am not available on weekends.

I'm starting to think he can't keep his own schedule which is even scarier because he's sitting on a gold mine.

How is he sitting on a goldmine? There is ~1 billion PTs in the USA alone...
