They say to come out to try and do the littlest thing like move your toe around but I try and it never works so I just try to calm down and lower my heart rate and just "fall" back asleep to wake up.
It is scary shit though, I have 2 dream catchers above my bed now and I've only had one more since.
It does suck though and I feel sorry for anyone that has to go through it.
Lol, my friends bought me a dream catcher because I have it so much.
I was on vacation last week with a bunch of friends and I had an episode. A man standing over me with his hand over my throat choking me. I couldn't breathe and was scared. I'm dead serious, no jokes people. Lol. The man wasn't anyone I knew. He was like a ghost figure but still pressure on my throat. And not the sexy kind.

I remember my first real nightmare as a kid and it was so terrifying I went into some kinda shock. It scared me so much that I laid around and went completely mute for a day, I couldn't speak at all it freaked my parents out. I couldn't do anything, I couldn't even sit up in a chair, when they took me to the doctor all I could die was lie down in the backseat and stare into space. Then, poof I was fine. I still remember the dream, vividly. Lol, poor toddler Cindy.
