Nah, I pretty much learned to just take a few deep breaths, walk out do my thang and shrug off all else. I used to let shit bother me, go in and out of moods.. that time of the month etc. But its not fun to be bitchy and have everyone around me on tip toes not knowing what to expect. Its not right for my family, so I learned how to curb that and deal with things differently.
Not saying i don't get angry etc, but i am able to smother it and go about my daily life until its handled the right way. I don't like to have those around me suffer due to my pms or just plain ol, im not in the mood bitch attitude.
