Get on the scale and feel discusting and small and tell yourself you are pathetic?
I did that at the gym last night. I was 228.6 lbs. I wanted to go home and sit in my shower while I cried... :worried:
 
I'm all over the place. Sometimes I feel like a fatass because I'm not as lean as I want to be (okay having had peanut M&M's for breakfast that's no surprise) but at the same time I feel too skinny.
 
Is this a cry for all of the ladies to tell you how wonderful you are??

Okay, I will bite. You look good.

Right now, there is a 350lb man that can barely walk because he is obese and is out of breath from lifting up a pen. You should be happy with your progress. You know what you have to do to get bigger, just do it.
 
candy ass. You'd better hit legs in the gym harder than ever before as punnishment, in hopes that you'll be so sore that you can't walk or get up off of the crapper.

LOL.. I did that monday and I am getting even more sore as the week progresses!

I know how you feel, if I slack on my diet or training I will lose 10 lbs in the matter of weeks, I'm one of the few who wisshes his metabolism would slow down just a bit.

i know this feeling- ive been not eating- just because of stress- slacking on going to the gym because of too much shit to do- and then when i do eat- its crap food- everytime i eat i sit and think im gonna die from a heart attack.......somebody stop me please!!!!!!!!! no more shit food- i need to get back on my clean diet and stop feeling like a fatass..........ok im good now :)
