ever cut then bulk or vice versa on the same cycle?

Just curious..................I did this a few years ago on one of the last cycles i did.. w/ a trenbolone testosterone propionate cycle for about 7 weeks...and then switched to anavar and winstrol towards to the end to drop some bodyfat. was a 11 weeker and seemed to work well...but wouldn't hurt to hear other's opinions

Slowly preparing for a cycle but i'm holding some extra bodyfat i'd like to get rid of. I desperately need mass because of what i've lost over the years. IMO, it'd be a waste to go on a cutter/cal restricted diet to only drop like 6-7 pounds of fat. i'm doing AM cardio and running a very clean calorie restricted diet to lean up as much as possible prior but fat loss is stalling and i can't afford to lose any muscle at this point.

plan on running trenbolone/testosterone propionate (my fav) 50 mg's each ED.... w/ a .25 mcg T3 a day for 6 weeks.

should i just say fuck it, eat super clean and hope the muscle gain offsets the fat i have? i.e. adding 5 lbs of muscle will reduce my overall bodyfat or should i go all out on the first couple weeks of the cycle to drop that bit of bodyfat and then up the cals??
 
The idea of Bulking then a cutter does make sense but you really have to have your shit together and know what your doing

Also people tend to OVER DO both with excess drugs and even excess training or diet

when really its all about switching to low aromatizing compounds, and the simple change of diet buy 500-1500 caloried (dependant on size and energy expediture)

right...that's my concern. To cut i'd have to be below 2k cals(which is about where i'm at now..slightly higher since i'm not on any anabolics)...but to bulk i'd have to be around 3500-3700... so it'd be a drastic variation too quickly to switch it over. too drastic a change would probably result in your metabolism taking a dump or your body not being able to utilize the huge calorie spike and storing more fat (depending on which you were transitioning).
if it was a long enough cycle, it may *not* be a problem since you can alter your cals by maybe 500 a week.

You can do both at the same time and grow . . . a little. But if you want the maximum benafit from your efforts there is no better choice then to split bulking and cutting.
 
I enjoy one day high carb next day low carb. I always keep protein at 400g, but one day i will have 500g carbs and the next day only 100g. Anyone else agree with my method?

I agree that the best way is to bulk then cut, but i have done both on same cycle, and didnt even change compounds..
the effects were not great, but i was happy.. I did 16 weeks first 10-11 I ate a clean 4000 cals [sorda clean :) ] then last 4-5 weeks cut cals to about 2300 and hit up the cardio..

I went up about 10 lbs but lost 3% bf was not dunked though, calipers and the electro magnitic scale thing to test bf... so could be a lil off,,, but I was happy...

I was wondering about this concept today. On my current cycle I've been eating huge protein throughout, but upping carbs heavily on the day before and morning of heavy lifting, and then 3-4 days of recovery with restricted carbs and low-impact cardio. It's working slowly, but I appear leaner and my weight is up 7lbs at week 4. What do you guys think of this method? My goals is to achieve the best beach body possible within this cycle. I need to to lose 15 lbs of fat and gain 15lbs of muscle simultaneously.
