Chiros are *great*. I love them. If you tweak something, these guys can set you right in a hurry (amazingly fast... hours sometimes).

Just be careful, don't make them a way of life. If it's 3 months past your "event" and they still want to crack you 3x a week, start backing them off.

I got some relief, but I really wanted him to adjust me more aggresively.

He told me they don't snap necks side to side anymore because the adjustment causes trauma ... but that's what I thought I needed was a good neck crack.

I know there's a very slight chance of vetebra stroke from neck adjustments.
