Two questions.
#1 I've started to workout late evenings because of lifestyle changes and feel as if i don't have much energy left in me. Is there anything I can take that will give me energy to workout, but also be able to go to bed an hour after?
#2 I'm going to start doing 10 mins light cardio after i lift and am wondering if i should take protein right after i workout and before cardio, or just keep it after everything?
