Evaluate my cutter, diet, training, and cardio

Stats 6foot, 200lbs, 12% body fat

Meals


1. (after cardio) 40g protein shake, ½ cup oatmeal

2. 6oz chicken breast, 6 oz baked potato

3. 6oz chicken breast, ¾ cup brown rice

4. 6oz chicken breast, ½ cup brown rice

5. 8oz lean steak, ½ cup broccoli, ½ cup brown rice

6. 40g protein shake


Training

Cardio

Days 1-10, 30 mins cardio morning on empty stomach

Days 11-25, 30 mins cardio AM/PM (PM = after 5th meal)

Days 26-84, 45 mins cardio AM/PM


Exercises

2 days on 1 day off

Mon - Shoulders / Bi’s
Tues – Legs
Weds – Off
Thurs – Chest/Tri’s
Fri – Back
Sat – Off
Sun – Repeat day 1

Supplements : multi - v am/pm, vit c am/pm, calcium, vit e am/pm, Q10 am/pm...... NO efa's (no fish or flax oil should I add some?)

Anabolics: 400mg eq weeks 1-10, 25mg winny ed weeks 4-10, and clen twards the end * note * the 25mg winny ed is because this is only my 2nd cycle and I'm going to see if I respond to that

Any suggestions?

All I can get from this information is that your diet is pretty boring -- clean, yes, but why all the brown rice? There's nothing magical about brown rice. I would add sone efa's since it's so low in fat.

What matters most is how you train. Telling me that you do chest on Thursday and back on Friday is not really relevant and in regard to cardio, well, I believe it's the least effective form of exercise.


You're obviously dedicated. The diet is very clean. But if you want to cut, it all comes down to less food and more exercise, and that means lifting weights. And oh yeah, ZIP will help. www.proteinfactory.com

Definately add some EFA if you're using gear bro.
Look for other sources of carbs instead of brown rice too: this is gonna get boring long term!
