Just got back from my low t docter...he prescribed me armidex at .5 ...he said take it 2 days after my injection once a wk...my levels of estrogen are up and I retaining water.... .t level is at 620...started off 18 wks ago at 160....estrogen level was 45......free t was 14.5.....question is can I take more of the armidex for less water retention?

Dont get hung up on water retention and have some patience. I think you will find 1mg a week of adex does a pretty good job of controlling it.

If anything consider adding some DIM and calcium D clucarate, it will help with the excretion/metabolism of external and adipose generated estrogen.

Try doing 0.25mgs EOD instead of .5mgs once/week.
