Getting ready to start my first cycle and wanted to keep an eye on the estrogen in my body. I want enough to get solid gains but not so much that I get lots of unwanted sides. I'm getting some blood work done it a week to measure all my levels.
Where should my estrogen levels be during the cycle?
And after PCT, should they basically be where they started before the cycle?
