Does Yohimburn really work? I have a little soft tissue there, but i've had it 20 years (it's puberty-related I think).
Thanks,
Im 36 and have puffy nips since I was 14. I have resolved the problem mostly.
This is all the things I have done and tried.
went from 24% to 12% BF , this made the biggest difference I believe, even though as a teen I had puffy nips at 13-14%.
I used lipoderm, skulpt and Yohimburn ES. Use the Yohimburn ES! ( I think its worth it)
ran Nolvadex at 60mg/day 3 times at (20mg) for about 45 days. then 40 twice per day, for about 30 days, then 20mg per day currently. People have ran Nolvadex for 6 months at low dosages to solve Pubertal Gyno, check PubMed for this.Overall, It's hard to say how much of an effect this had, because I was hitting the diet and cardio pretty hard. Part of me feels that this actually helped me lose weight as well, but its hard to say.
Tried Andractim (DHT gel). Hard to say as well because of my weight loss.
If I had the cash and did not want lipo. I would do the following.
lose BF%
apply Yohimburn ES as directed.
use andractim for recommended duration. (if your on an AAS or PCT I would get some advice on this!)
Use nolva
the combination of these things helped me. Of course this says nothing about prolactin issues, and I really am not sure of the mechanisms involved.
