Estrogen control on HRT?

As I am prone to gyno and hate water retention, when I finish my cycle and after PCT, I will cruise at 200mgs of cypionate for my HRT.

Should I use arimidex, HCG, and/or formastanzol indefinitely on HRT? If so, how should I go about it? Thanks!

I would say yes to hcg. as for arimidex, it depends on what your E levels are at when you on 200mg/wk.

My personal preference would be Aromasin instead of Arimidex because it has a lower impact on lipid profile. Is hard to really tell what would be the best dose for you without a blood test. It would be a matter of just trying a low dose and see results.

deffinitely aromasin , and even without blood tests u can feel the difference from less water retention once u start it , ur face , belly and ur whole body become more defined , just start with one tab a week divide it into 2 half tabs twice per week (12.5mg x 2/w) and go from there , i'm personally on 250mg test /w (hrt) 32 yo 6' 200 lbs and taking 12.5mg aromasin 3 times per week ( istarted at 12.5mg twice per week on 200mg test but i grew within the years and upped my dose of test and i'm also aging so had to bump my aromasin to 3 times per week)

A capsule can't be broken in half, it's a plastic, well, capsule with powder inside....

just break the capsule dilute the powder in water shake it well and use a syringe the squirt it in ur mouth just squirt half of it and keep the rest in the fridge, it won't stay long in there anyway u'll take the rest in a couple of days so no prob. with contamination.
for example try to dilute one capsule with 5ml water , which means a full 5ml syringe and squirt 2.5ml in ur mouth and store the rest 2.5ml

if ur shooting ur test once a week then do 250iu hcg 2 days b4 ur test shot and another 250iu 1 day b4 it too, which means if ur shooting ur test on mondays u shoot hcg 250iu on saturday and 250iu on sunday.
if ur splitting ur test dose to twice a week like mon and thu then it does not matter u can just shoot hcg at 250iu twice a week too on the same days of ur test shots.

Hey gymrat, it is my understanding that long term use of hCG is okay, and may be preferable ito testicular size, it would also make coming off TRT one day (for whatever reason) easier. Keep in mind that it is not mandatory to make us of hCG, as Zyglmail stated, it is a nicety.

There are caveats though. High doses (prolonged or not) desensitize the receptors resulting in no benefits, daily injections are also no good for the same reason...

Having said that, it is agreed and real life examples support this, two injections per week @ 250iu each as laid out above are safe and can be used long term.

aromasin (exemestane) half life is 27 hours, means every 27 h half ot it is metabolized, u do the math and u'll know when it's completely gone from ur system, or maybe i'll do it for u
1 tab = 25 mg after 27 h 12.5 is metabolized and 12.5 rest , again
2nd half life (means 2nd 27 h) 6.25 mg metabolized and 6.25 mg rest, 3rd half life 3.125 mg rest , 4th half life 1.5625 mg rest , 5th half life 0.78125 mg rest.
means it takes approx 5 halves lives for all of it to be metabolized (maybe some traces stay still in ur system under 1 mg), which means 5 X 27 h = 135 h /24 h (day) = 5.625 days about 6 days or a week fo sure it'll be undetectable. but for effectiveness u need to keep ur plasma level high means run it at least eod for optimal results (no matter what the initial dose is)

it could be y not, it all depends on ur estro levels and how much u need, u need to experiment with it urself, u may increase gradually ur dose if needed or when ur cycling (blasting in case ur on hrt), u could even break the tab in 2 halves and take it twice a week it'll work too if ur not estro sensitive and just want to maintain a low-moderate level, it's an individual thing.
r u on hrt? if yes how much test per week u r prescribed?
