estrogen @216 ?????

i started trt 2 month's ago @ 100mlg a week of test-cyp then about a month ago doc told me to up it to 200 mlg a week ," i dived into 2 dose's"
they check my estrogen total serum level and it was @ 216 pg/ml on the test sheet ," it say's level should be 130 or less "
the doc, put me on .5 arimidex ed and i think that would be ok for a few week's to get the estrogen down but from the reading iv done on this site it seem's like to much arimidex for the long haul . do you think after a few week's i should just cut back my self to .5 eod .

There is no need to guess. Get labs so you know what E is when on .5ed and adjust as needed.

the doc wanted be to wait 6 week's before a retest do you think that is to long to wait at that dose ? . also consider my estrogen level was rely high

No its not too long to wait, it takes time for things to level out. If you take labs too soon it could give you an inaccurate reading. Your telling us the doc is prescribing TOO MUCH adex based on your research so I am not sure where the panick is. Yes your E is high AND you also think the adex dose is high, which it may or may not be, you need to give it time to work and things to level out to get an accurate blood test. In 6 weeks if E is too low then he will have you cut back on adex but his current recommended dose maybe as high as it is, because your E is over norm as well.

we all need to be patient. we need to realize this treatment is long term and as long as we are making progress and getting our labs done in a timely manner we will be ok.

i thank you guys for keeping me aware of this.

man i know the feeling,but my endo refuses to check my estro,says he doesnt do that in his practice,so i had it done by my GP and my estrogen level was at 126.5pg/ml and i had to get some aromasin and take it at 25mg ed for 2 weeks and got my levels checked again and it brought it down to 12,too low,so i stayed off it for a week and started back at 6mg ed and so far its working great

Bro..check into epi strong. It will be coming out soon at orbit nutrition. It helps to control estroen as well as increase LBM gains.
