How does test plus gh, ~ 3iu a day compare to test alone? Dramatic difference or just so so?

It depends on how its cycled.
For optimal results, since GH is slow to show results, you should run the GH for 2 months. The GH will cause your cells to split, generating many new cells.
Then add Test, which should be run length-wise based on its ester, will cause all the cells to grow.
So the synergy is in the fast number of new cells produced and then getting those new cells to grow compounding the effects.
So yes if run correctly dramitic difference. BTW - GH alone will not generate substancial mass as test will.

My opinion is basically no difference with the addition of hgh to a testosterone cycle. The length of time a cycle is ran is not long enough to benefit from hgh. You need to run hgh for a long time to really experience the benefits. The 'but' factor is hgh, test and insulin has a definite synergistic effect. But you don't want to walk that path. One error and your in a box six feet under ground.
